Dean Werst is a sole practitioner who maintains a close, working relationship with each client. Mr, Werst works to understand your needs. To be cost-effective, and to give value added services. His office is located on the main street of the historic "Willamette" section of West Linn just off Highway 205 (10th Street Exit) in a beautiful historic building, circa 1894, which was once the Leisman/Elligsen residence.

Mr. Werst maintains a general practice and spends a considerable amount of time developing skills in his area of expertise and collaborating with other professionals.

Most litigation is handled by legal professionals associated with the case. This assures the client that each case will be handled by a professional team from beginning to end.

Mr. Werst's legal assistant works on almost all matters. Her time charges are billed on a lower rate which is a major factor in keeping costs down, and is a significant benefit to the client.
